What is transformational life coaching (TLC)? TLC supports the blooming of your authentic self, bringing balance to the three major aspects of being: mind, body and spirit through addressing what's missing and introducing core support systems. In life we hire a coach when we want to learn a new skill such as a new language or how to ski. So why wouldn't you hire a coach to help you realize your dreams and visions? As a coach I am there to reflect back to you what's possible, to help you unearth what ignites and inspires your soul, to shift your perception of obstacles thus turning them into opportunities and to clarify the journey into realizing your personal and professional goals. Bottom line, I help my clients live a more balanced and heart centered life.
What are core support systems?
What is the difference between coaching and therapy? Coaching can definitely compliment therapy, but the two are fundamentally very different. Therapists are trained to diagnose and fix mental and chemical imbalances. TLC doesn't seek to fix problems but rather to help you realize your full potential in living your best life.

Where are sessions held? Everywhere. Most of our sessions can be done over the phone or in person at public locations. For our more intimate sessions we can also meet in my studio which is designed for healing and release work.
